In 2016 Uffindell was commissioned by Essex County Council to create a new brand identity for their environmental agency, ‘Place Services’
Place Services provides integrated environmental assessment, planning, design and management services for Essex and the wider public sector.
They combine public sector knowhow with a competitive business approach and in doing so partner and support over 20 local authorities within eastern England, London, and the south east.
The project comprised of an in-depth internal research phase leading to the creation of an ownable and authentic brand strategy, including a mission, vision, values and positioning.
This new strategy steered the creation of the new brand identity. A distinctive logo and visual environment was developed.
A visual environment and comprehensive brand guidelines were developed to aid the roll-out of the new brand by the internal design teams.
